The Wall Street Journal reports today that Google are on the verge of launching the much discussed (briefly by me in August) GDrive storage application.
Bring it on I say, being an avid user of Google's productivity services it would be fantastic to have access to a central storage repository for all my documents, spreadsheets, email attachments and photos etc. This would really make my life easier and stop me carrying round (and losing) USB memory sticks!

BT offering online storage facility
BT (British Telecom) have stepped into the online storage market. Offering a 2GB storage facility for all your digital valuables (music, photo's files etc) to anyone (yes non-BT broadband customers too).
The service looks promising, featuring drag-and-drop from your PC to the storage facility and even an online PC backup tool.
It's a good move by BT and shows the direction they are heading in, more online facilitator than just a connection provider.
More from the Guardian. BT Digital Vault can be found here.
